Carl Randal, REALTOR

A Huntsville resident since 2009, I came to this area in search of opportunities to help support my family.

I am a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who served our country for 26 years.  During that time, I moved 23 times to include two stays in Huntsville. My first Huntsville stay was from 2002-2004, I returned to Huntsville in 2009 and retired in 2011.  Besides my obvious experience in home selection and moving, I also have a real estate investor background.

My family owned investment property back in my native Louisiana consisting of apartment buildings and single family houses.  I assisted with every aspect of the business to include acquisition, maintenance, renovation, rent collection, move-in/move-out, eviction and bookkeeping.

The primary skill that I bring to Real Estate is my problem solving ability that was honed during my years in the military.  I view the selling or buying of a home as a problem in search of a solution that provides all parties with a Win-Win outcome.

I look forward to the opportunity to be your home, selling or buying, problem solver.

U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.)
